I'm a Full Stack Engineer based in Bangladesh. Over the last few years I've worked on SaaS platforms, AI products, browser extensions, mobile applications, and eCommerce systems, most of which are in production and used by real businesses and users daily.

My strongest area is backend architecture and system design, but I enjoy owning products end-to-end: from planning and development to deployment and maintenance.

People wanted access to the best AI models (multi-model chat, image generation, file interaction, and web browsing) without leaving the apps they already use daily, like WhatsApp and Telegram.

Solution

Built backend and frontend features across the platform, and solely developed the Telegram bot from the ground up. Delivered the streaming chat pipeline, multi-model routing (OpenAI, Claude), image generation (Flux AI), image-to-image transformation, text-to-voice, file handling, URL summarization, and subscription billing.

Problem

Offices were relying on WhatsApp messages to coordinate prayer times, recurring meetings, and one-off events, with no guarantee anyone would see the reminder in time.

Solution

Built a multi-tenant cross-platform reminder system: a Next.js web dashboard where teams create and schedule reminders, and a Tauri desktop client that silently lives in the system tray and slides a full-screen countdown overlay onto every member's screen before each reminder fires.

Case Study

Building a multi-tenant eCommerce SaaS platform.

A focused walkthrough of how qCommerz is designed, deployed, and scaled. It reflects the kind of thinking that goes into the systems I own.

Problem

Merchants needed a way to launch and operate full eCommerce stores without stitching together multiple tools or hiring engineers. Existing platforms were either too expensive, too generic, or too rigid for local payment, courier, and messaging integrations.

Multi-Tenancy & Tenant Resolution

Designed a tenant resolution layer that maps every incoming request (by custom domain or subdomain) to the correct merchant context, then scopes data, configuration, theming, and billing for the rest of the request lifecycle.

Automated Onboarding & Domain Automation

Merchant signup provisions a store, default theme, payment defaults, and a working subdomain in one flow. Custom domains are verified and wired through Cloudflare automatically, with no manual DNS or SSL work.

Plugin Architecture & Integrations

Built a plugin model so payments, couriers, SMS, Telegram, and Google Sheets can be enabled per tenant without code changes. Powers integrations with SSLCommerz, bKash, Pathao, Redex, Steadfast, and more.

Deployment Automation

GitHub Actions builds, tests, and deploys the storefront and API on every merge. Configuration changes propagate to tenants without redeploys; rollbacks are a single revert.

Scaling Strategy

Read-heavy endpoints are cached in Redis. Long-running work (invoicing, notifications, courier sync) runs in background jobs. Cloudflare absorbs traffic spikes at the edge, and per-tenant metrics keep noisy neighbors visible.
